Replacement Warranty

NA Pacific’s official warranty is a replacement of product warranty.

This is valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To be eligible for a replacement, proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect are required.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Limited Liability

Na Pacific’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective products as outlined in the Replacement Warranty. NA Pacific shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, labour costs, loss of use, loss of time, or any other indirect damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty and any implied warranties, are limited in duration to 1 year from the original date of purchase.

In no event shall NA Pacific’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

This limitation of liability applies to any claim, whether based on contract, tort, or other grounds, and shall remain in effect even if a remedy provided under this warranty fails of its essential purpose.
